Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong data entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedure manuals.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute truck loading operations remotely, following established procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing efficiency, throughput, and timing.
• Accurately enter truck and shipment data; process documentation manually when systems are unavailable.
• Perform and document daily inspections, escalating safety, equipment, or process concerns as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting operational or equipment issues, involving the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.
