Job summary

EMR Group USA is seeking a Load Inspector to welcome drivers, inspect incoming loads, and direct trucks at the Pensacola facility. This outdoor role requires physical effort and strict safety practices.

You will inspect loads for weight, packaging, and hazards, coordinate with scale operators, and generate reports and tickets as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Good communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

As a load inspector, you'll set the tone for a great customer experience by greeting incoming drivers, identifying and inspecting loads from incoming trucks, and directing trucks and customers at the facility.

What you’ll be doing

• Inspect loads for quality, weight, packaging, hazardous materials, and safety.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or G.E.D

While performing the essential functions of this job, the Load inspector will be working in an outdoor environment. The employee may be near moving mechanical parts and will be exposed to all weather conditions. The noise level in the environment can be loud and will require ear protection. The employee is required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. This job also requires frequent bending, kneeling, and standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in confined spaces.
