Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a SNF or LTC setting.
• Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge.
• Financial acumen and operational management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily facility operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, payroll, financial reporting, and fiscal controls.
• Maintain survey readiness and ensure HIPAA, infection control, and life safety compliance.
• Build relationships with residents and families; support admissions and tours.
• Represent the facility professionally in community and industry activities.
