Job summary

RAM Recruiting is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center on the Southwest Side of the Chicago area. This on-site leadership role requires an active IL LNHA license and prior SNF/LTC administrative experience to direct operations and ensure quality of care.

You will lead department heads, maintain regulatory readiness, manage census and budget, uphold resident rights, and drive performance across the facility in Burbank, IL 60459.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA/LNHA) license required.
• Prior administrator experience in a SNF/LTC setting required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Lead and support department heads, including the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage census, budget, and staffing.
• Uphold residents' rights, quality of care, and quality of life.
