Job summary

EPIC Healthcare seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide strategic leadership and ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care community. The LNHA will guide operations, compliance, and resident-focused services to strengthen quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LNHA license (in good standing) is required.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in long-term care or related healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, operations, and financial management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall facility leadership and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Guide and mentor department leaders to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
