Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the LNG project’s technical services organization from construction through startup.

You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, quality, commissioning, and operations to drive safe, efficient execution. The role demands senior leadership with extensive LNG, petrochemical, or energy-sector experience, strong communication, and a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and critical technical

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting major industrial construction projects, including LNG, petrochemical, refinery, or energy infrastructure.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing technical services or project execution teams.
• Strong understanding of engineering design, construction planning, Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), project controls, quality management, and commissioning.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary EPC/EPCM teams and driving issue resolution between engineering, construction, and operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Services organization through construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and operations.
• Oversee work packaging, field engineering support, and constructability reviews.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues, design changes, and field execution challenges.
• Manage RFIs, FCRs, Technical Clarifications, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs); support scheduling and project controls.
• Promote safety culture and align activities with HSE objectives.
