Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an experienced Liquefied Natural Gas Process/Project Engineer in Texas to support methane liquefaction infrastructure and natural gas pipeline design projects. You will coordinate with internal teams and EPC firms, manage contractor relations, and oversee projects from concept to commissioning with a strong emphasis on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in chemical, mechanical, or petroleum engineering.
• 3+ years in LNG processing, cryogenics, or natural gas industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project management support for methane liquefaction systems and natural gas pipeline installations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on high-level technical decisions.
• Coordinate with EPC firms on design and build of LNG infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with third-party contractors and vendors to ensure quality and safety.
• Oversee project execution from concept to commissioning and adjust schedule as needed.
• Apply liquefaction process knowledge to optimize design and evaluate proposals.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety and environmental standards.
