Job summary

Stellar Energy Global Infrastructure in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an LNG Process Engineer to perform process engineering and design for LNG facilities and modular energy systems. Responsibilities include process simulations, equipment sizing, and deliverable development to meet safety and client requirements.

The role involves coordination with multiple disciplines, vendors, and clients, plus occasional site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum of five years' experience in supporting industrial facility design.
• Minimum of five years' process engineering experience with LNG, natural gas, or cryogenic facilities.
• Knowledge of LNG process systems, cryogenic service, refrigeration cycles, and process safety requirements.
• Experience developing PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, and equipment datasheets for LNG facilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake engineering and design work under supervision of Senior Engineers.
• Provide technical support for bids, such as schematics, equipment selection, and specification review.
• Prepare design deliverables including datasheets, diagrams, and schedules for procurement and fabrication.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, clients, vendors, and fabrication.
• Review and maintain P&IDs, flow diagrams, and production specifications.
• Support travel to fabrication shop and site as needed.
