Job summary

Woodside Energy is seeking an Operations Superintendent to manage day-to-day LNG plant operations in Louisiana. You will supervise Shift Supervisors and Plant Operators, drive production targets, and ensure process safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive LNG/ petrochemical operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate maintenance and readiness activities across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years combined operating/maintenance/engineering experience in LNG terminal and/or petrochemical/gas.
• At least three years of operating supervisory experience; LNG liquefaction facilities preferred.
• Experience with safety-critical processes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, supervise shift supervisors and plant operators.
• Ensure process safety, personnel safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive operation readiness, maintenance planning, and budget input.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate operations and maintenance outcomes.
