Job summary

Eversource Energy in Waterbury, CT, seeks an LNG Coordinator I to support safe, reliable LNG facility operation and maintenance. You will operate critical systems, supervise with minimal oversight, and participate in a rotating shift schedule at the LNG site.

Starting pay is $45.67 per hour, with company-sponsored training and opportunities to advance within LNG operations. A valid driver’s license and ability to report within 45 minutes are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and preferably an associate’s degree in engineering/controls technology or computer technology.
• Must be qualified per plant training manual and demonstrate capability to perform essential tasks without supervision.
• Requires valid driver’s license and ability to report to the LNG facility within 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and monitor liquefaction, truck loading/unloading, and send-out operations.
• Record equipment readings and respond to abnormal readings/alarms.
• Perform skilled electronic and instrumentation work on LNG plant equipment including pumps, compressors, piping, valves, and meters.
• Work with LNG team to operate plant equipment for various processes including liquefaction, vaporization, trucking, and stand-by.
• Complete company-sponsored training and manage routine inspections and maintenance.
