Job summary

Eversource in Ludlow Center, MA, seeks a seasoned LNG/LPG Facility Supervisor to oversee operations and maintenance, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead plant personnel, coordinate with Gas Control, manage budgets, and guide emergency response, with travel to MA/CT/NH as needed. A strong background in thermodynamics, cryogenics, and fuel gas systems is required, along with LNG qualifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic thermodynamics, cryogenics and fuel gas systems.
• Ability to use computer systems to run plant operations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Operator Qualifications (OQs).
• Strong communication for public and regulatory interactions.
• Experience leading teams and maintaining safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall supervision of LNG/LPG facility operation and maintenance.
• Ensures personnel are trained and operator qualified to perform LNG/LPG functions.
• Ensures compliance with codes and safety standards; coordinates with Gas Control.
• Develops and manages budgets for LNG/LPG facility operations.
• Oversees the Control Room and emergency response activities.
• Facilitates regulatory inspections and interagency communication.
