Job summary

The Venture Global LNG Plaquemines Operations Document Controller (ODC) will implement the company’s document control standards for the LNG facility and pipeline. You will interface with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering and other departments to provide effective information and documentation support.

Reporting to the VG Operations Information Manager, you will ensure adherence to standards, manage drawings, correspondence, and final documentation, and maintain the integrity of the IMS while

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Document Controller.
• Experience with electronic document management systems.
• Ability to interface with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective application of document control processes, standards and systems.
• Maintain and control drawings, correspondence, and final documents for operations.
• Interface with MOC and COW processes to ensure alignment and compliance.
