Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston is seeking a detail‑oriented Coordinator, Technical Interface to support the OFE Power Island scope. You will coordinate with internal engineering teams and external OEMs to manage submittals, reviews, revisions, transmittals, and records retention, ensuring proper version control and accurate registers.

The role requires close collaboration with suppliers and cross‑functional project teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Document Controller.
• Experience with engineering document management on projects or assets.
• Experience using electronic document management systems for processing and reporting project data.
• Advanced understanding of Engineering Technical Documentation (Types and Disciplines).

Responsibilities

• Apply Venture Global LNG Document Control processes, numbering standards, tools and systems.
• Manage drawings, correspondence, internal docs, final project docs and related records.
• Ensure Contractor Document Control conforms to Venture Global LNG standards.
• Share lessons learned and respond to inquiries and status requests promptly.
• Supervise contractors to ensure timely delivery of documents per project schedule.
• Handover information in compliance with document control requirements and project schedule.
