Job summary

NextDecade Corporation in Houston seeks a Senior Analyst, Cost to support cost management for EPC LNG facilities. You will develop budgets, cost estimates, track expenditures, and provide performance analysis across the project lifecycle.

Prepare monthly cost reports, monitor contingency, and assist with risk-based forecasting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of cost management on major Oil & Gas or LNG projects, with advanced Excel skills and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of cost management on major Oil & Gas, Power, or LNG projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, earned value, budgeting, forecasting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Convert estimates into control budgets and manage project budgets.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and analyze project performance metrics.
• Review vendor and contractor invoices and change orders.
• Support contingency analysis and reforecasting activities.
• Develop project cash flow and support risk-based forecasting.
