Strong Excel, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and 10+ years in cost controls are required. The role involves preparing cost reports, managing change orders, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting bid evaluations and cash flow planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years of cost management and controls experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, change management, earned value, forecasting, budgeting, and project controls.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, charts, and presentations; ability to analyze data and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Convert estimates into control budgets and manage detailed project budgets.
• Evaluate scope changes and change orders to control costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Administer cost codes, track commitments, actuals, and accruals.
• Generate reports including earned value, cash flow, and lifecycle cost analyses.
• Reforecast project costs using trends and risk-based factors.
• Review vendor and contractor invoices and support bid evaluations.
