Job summary

603 Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide hands-on resident care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities and work closely with the nursing team to ensure dignity and quality of life for residents.

Weekend warrior full-time options are available, with shifts including evenings and nights. Compensation includes base pay of $20–$25 per hour, weekend differentials, and a $500 sign-on bonus, with eligible employees also offered benefits

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Weekend Warrior shifts include:

• Friday 11PM - 7AM

• Saturday, 7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM, 11PM - 7AM

• Sunday, 7AM - 3PM, 3PM - 11PM, 11PM - 7AM

Available full-time options are available for weekend warriors who would like to pick up an additional shift during the week. Compensation: $20 - $25, based on experience and $3.00 per hour during weekend warrior shifts + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation optionsSign On Bonus: $500Position Status: Non-Exempt

About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands‑on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident‑centered care.

What You'll Do
