The role offers meaningful work, a supportive environment, and competitive compensation of $20–$26 per hour based on experience; shifts are per-diem and there may be weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• NH LNA certification required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lift 35 lbs).
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Safely position and transfer residents.
• Assist with mealtime setup, feeding, and documentation.
• Record intake and monitor health changes.
• Report changes to nursing staff and participate in care plan meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
