Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking caring, dependable LNA/PCA caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in the Candia, NH area. We are hiring Part-Time and Per Diem caregivers who help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire LNA license or PCA qualification preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience in a private home, assisted living, healthcare facility, or similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Clear communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• Patient, respectful attitude and genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow care instructions.
• Dementia care training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily hygiene.
• Support clients with walking, repositioning, and transfers following safe care practices.
• Observe clients for changes in their condition and report concerns to the supervisor or care coordinator.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance while respecting dietary requirements.
• Light housekeeping and laundry to keep homes clean and comfortable.
• Assist with errands and routine activities per the care plan.
• Provide friendly conversation, companionship, and reassurance to clients.
• Follow established care plans and workplace policies to ensure consistent, respectful care.

What You’ll Do
