Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a Long-Term Care position in New Hampshire. You will assist residents with daily living activities under supervision of RNs and LPNs, while helping to maintain a safe, clean environment and respect residents’ rights.

Requirements include 1 year of current LNA experience, willingness to float, COVID vaccination, BLS, and active NH LNA license. Travel and rural facility experience are highly preferred.

• Previous travel experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) and mobility.
• Monitor residents, report changes in condition to RN/LPN, and document as required.
• Provide personal hygiene, nutrition support, and positioning to maintain comfort and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and observe infection control practices.
• Follow resident care plans, protect confidentiality, and uphold residents' rights and privacy.

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – Long-Term Care

Position Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide basic nursing and restorative care to residents under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions, supporting mobility and transfers, providing personal hygiene and nutritional assistance, and maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

The LNA will follow resident care plans, maintain confidentiality, observe infection control practices, and ensure residents' safety, dignity, privacy, and rights at all times.
