Job summary

premierburlington is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our nursing team in Burlington, VT. This position is under new management and features a $3000 sign-on bonus.

You will provide CNA services to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies, under supervision. The role requires active LNA licensure, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of LTC experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LNA license in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provides certified nursing assistant services to residents according to care plans and policies.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Aids with transferring, mobility, and positioning to maintain safety.
• Manages dining room service, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Documents meal intake and tracks residents’ weight and nutrition.
• Assists with weight monitoring and skin condition observations and reports changes.
• Supports nursing staff with toileting programs and daily documentation.
• Keeps supervisor informed of factors affecting performance and resident well-being.
