Responsibilities

• Provides supportive care for patients in activities of daily living (AM/PM care, feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Monitors vital signs and documents progress.
• Communicates patient information promptly to the team.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and safety rounding.
• Transports patients as needed and maintains a therapeutic environment.
