Job summary

Langdon Place of Nashua, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide hands‑on care and assist residents with daily living. You'll work with nurses and the care team to ensure dignified, resident‑centered care on a 3PM–11PM shift.

Requirements include current LNA certification, a high school diploma, and CPR/BLS. Sign-on bonus of $750.00 and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff are offered.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Compensation: $21.00 - $26.00 based on experience + applicable shift differentials

Sign On Bonus: $750.00

About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands‑on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You’ll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident‑centered care.

What You'll Do
