Job summary

St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Dover, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for a rotating evening and night shift contract. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care in skilled nursing settings, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and documentation.

This role requires NH LNA licensure, current BLS, and at least one year of relevant experience, with a schedule of 40 hours per week over five shifts and every other weekend. Shifts run 3 p.m.–11 p.m.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA license.
• BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Support safe mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation per care plans.
• Obtain and document vital signs and observations under licensed staff supervision.
• Observe and promptly report changes in residents' condition to the nurse.
• Assist with meals and hydration and record intake/output as directed.
• Provide accurate documentation and communicate needs during shift handoffs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention practices.
