603 Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our resident-centered care team in New Hampshire. You’ll assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure dignity, comfort, and quality of life for our residents.

Available shifts Mon–Fri 7AM–3PM (FT) and Tue–Thu 7AM–3PM (PT) with on-call coverage every 5–7 weeks. Compensation ranges from $21–$28 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation

Formación

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
