Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide basic nursing care during day shifts at our onsite facility in New Hampshire. The role includes assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and toileting, along with measuring vital signs and reporting observations to the supervising nurse.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and NH LNA certification, with 1+ years in clinical/medical settings or 1-2 years in a similar nursing assistant role.

Qualificações

• LNA - New Hampshire Board of Nursing required.
• 1-2 years experience preferred or Nursing Assistant 1+ years required.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and record vital signs and weights per policy.
• Provide hands-on patient/client care.
• Provide grooming and personal care to patients/clients.
• Feed or assist patients with meals and provide hydration per care plan.
• Collect and bag soiled linen and deliver to designated dirty linen area.
• Assist physicians and/or licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care for patients/clients.
• Report changes in patients' conditions to the charge nurse or supervisor.
