Job summary

Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Weathersfield, Vermont, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality daily living support to our patients and residents.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and emotional support, while maintaining a safe, clean environment and following infection control protocols. Collaborate with the care team and participate in ongoing education to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in Vermont
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients and residents with assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient and resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Participate in education and training programs to improve skills and knowledge
