Job summary

You will assist with activities of daily living, support emotional well-being, maintain a safe, clean environment, and collaborate with the care team to follow individualized care plans; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of Vermont.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients and residents with assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient and resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in education and training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
