Job summary

Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation in Vermont is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality daily living assistance to patients and residents at our Weathersfield location. You will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and emotional support while maintaining dignity and safety.

You will collaborate with the care team, follow infection control protocols, and participate in ongoing education and training to grow your clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in the state of Vermont.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients and residents with assistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient and resident information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in education and training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
