Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a highly motivated VIP Nation specialist to lead budgeting, logistics and fulfillment for VIP experiences. You will coordinate with agents, managers and tours to deliver premium packages and fan communications worldwide.

This role requires leadership, strong budgeting, and production planning skills with extensive travel. The position supports domestic and international tours and offers comprehensive benefits with a hybrid work arrangement in Beverly Hills, CA.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of touring, event and/or artist management experience.
  • Excellent budgeting and project management skills.
  • Strong reporting and analysis abilities.
  • Superior communication skills with crisis management experience.
  • Merchandising and production planning proficiency.
  • Must have valid passport and be available for domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Build VIP Program budgets, package descriptions, pricing, pitch decks for agents and managers.
  • Liaise with agents and managers for all details of the VIP program.
  • Oversee VIP program setup and tour logistics from inception to execution.
  • Coordinate with ticketing platforms for package setup and releases.
  • Oversee merchandise creation and design ideas with the project team.
  • Hire touring staff and submit payroll for each tour.
  • Coordinate with touring and artist/management teams for advertising and promotion.
  • Oversee fan communications and VIP Nation policy adherence.
  • Manage décor, ambience and merchandise deck ideas for approvals.
  • Monitor rep expenses and budgeting; review invoices and settlements.
