Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks an LMSW Social Worker in Bend, Oregon for a 13-week assignment. Start date ASAP with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts, and every other weekend plus on-call duties.

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning for hospitalized patients and families. Requirements: Oregon LMSW, Master's degree, BLS, 1+ year acute hospital experience, crisis intervention background.

Qualifications

• Oregon LMSW licensure required.
• Master's degree in social work or a related field.
• BLS certification.
• 1+ year of recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Crisis intervention experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning for patients and families.
• Support navigation of medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.

POSITION SUMMARY - LMSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES

Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.

Minimum Required Qualifications-

• Oregon LMSW
• Master's degree
• BLS
• 1+ years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Crisis intervention experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT

13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK

8a-4:30p with every other weekend and daily call requirements
