AMN Healthcare is seeking a LCSW Social Worker for a 13-week assignment in Methuen, MA. The role involves psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, care coordination, and counseling within the psychiatric unit.

Requirements include MA LCSW or LICSW and at least 2 years of acute hospital social work experience; travel or behavioral health experience is preferred. Shift is 8a-4:30p (32 hrs/week), ASAP start, with comprehensive benefits.

POSITION SUMMARY – LCSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES

In the psychiatric unit, provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, discharge planning, care coordination, and counseling services to support patients' mental health treatment and safe transition to appropriate levels of care.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• MA LCSW or LICSW
• 2+ years social worker experience in an acute hospital setting

Preferred Qualifications –

• Travel experience
• Psych experience/behavioral health
