Job summary

Ellie Mental Health–Clarkston is seeking a licensed LMSW in Michigan for a full-time role combining in-person and telehealth care. The clinic provides administrative support and a collaborative, authentic practice environment.

Clinicians focus on client care, with caseload growth supported by marketing and scheduling resources. The position requires current MI LMSW license, MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, and experience in outpatient psychotherapy.

Qualifications

• Experience with outpatient psychotherapy, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Ability to complete accurate documentation within practice timelines.
• Willingness to build and maintain caseload and participate in outreach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health intake assessments and establish diagnoses within scope.
• Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Complete progress notes and risk documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain scheduling consistency and follow up after cancellations.
• Respond promptly to referrals and participate in consultations and meetings.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, colleagues, and billing staff.
• Participate in caseload development and community outreach.

Education

Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited program

Current, unrestricted Michigan LMSW license in good standing
