Premium Health Center's Pediatric Behavioral Health team is seeking an LMSW to join a collaborative group of mental health professionals in Far Rockaway, NY. The role offers part-time or full-time hours, a minimum of 20 hours per week, and a caseload of about 18 patients weekly with 1 hour of supervision by a senior clinician.

Responsibilities include psychotherapy, psychodiagnostic evaluations, and community-based initiatives, with compensation of $55-$65 per hour and a benefits package

Qualifications

• LMSW license pursuing supervised hours toward an LCSW license.
• Background in or openness to integrating evidence-based practices.
• Compassionate and willing to go above and beyond to provide treatments that meet children’s and families’ unique needs.
• Strong teamwork ethic and positive, flexible attitude.
• Fluency/proficiency in Yiddish and/or demonstrated experience working with the Chassidic and Orthodox Jewish communities is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Carry a weekly caseload of approximately 18 patients per week
• Receive 1 hour of individual supervision by a senior clinician
• Participate in group supervision
• Participate in team case conference meetings and staff meetings
• Participate in training, didactics, and professional development activities including community-based podcasts, school-based collaborations, writing for local publications, and organizing outside speaker series.
