Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Counselor to join the High Focus Centers in Farmington, CT. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy within PHP and IOP programs, working closely with a clinical team to set and monitor treatment goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Human Services and active licensure or progress toward licensure (LMSW/LPCA/LMFTA/LCSW/LPC/LMFT). Strong documentation and communication skills are essential, with evening hours included.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
• LMSW / LPCA / LMFTA / LCSW / LPC / LMFT — or actively working toward licensure.
• Counseling/clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to supporting individuals and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

Licensed Counselor – Mental Health & Substance Use Treatment

Join the clinical team at High Focus Centers in Farmington, where you’ll work directly with individuals receiving treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

We’re seeking a Counselor with a Master’s degree and counseling/social work licensure to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.

Full-time | Monday–Friday

At least two evenings per week, 12 PM–8 PM

What You’ll Do

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy
• Completing behavioral and psychosocial assessments and Level of Care Assessments
• Developing and monitoring individualized treatment goals in collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicating with referral sources and outside providers as appropriate

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field
• LMSW / LPCA / LMFTA / LCSW / LPC / LMFT — or actively working toward obtaining licensure
• Counseling/clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
