Philips is seeking an LMS/Training System Administrator to manage training assignments, create roles and curricula, and resolve learner inquiries within our regulated environment. Support compliance training across LMS platforms (TEDS, Cornerstone, Lumen) and maintain system configurations with a focus on accuracy and traceability.

This is an office-based role requiring in-person presence at least 3 days per week in Reedsville, PA.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years LMS administration/support in a regulated environment (FDA/ISO 13485 preferred).
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and process workflow.
  • Proficient in Excel, KPI reporting and data analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to troubleshoot LMS/training issues.
  • Strong communication with learners, managers and stakeholders.

Job Title LMS/Training System Administrator Job Description

The LMS/Training System Administrator is responsible for managing training assignment requests, independently creating and maintaining roles and curricula, and resolving escalated learner and manager inquiries.

Your role:

Will support compliance training assignments within the Learning Management System (TEDS/Lumen/Cornerstone), ensuring that all mandatory training is accurately assigned and tracked to meet regulatory requirements.

Participates in the efficient Administration, operation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), performing regular system checks, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality.

Creates and maintains standardized roles and curricula for compliance training programs, ensuring consistency and alignment with learning policies and objectives.

Provides comprehensive support for learner and manager requests, addressing issues related to training assignments, access issues, progress tracking, and record updates promptly and accurately.

Collaborates with local Business Process Owners and Content Owners to accurately configure and assign training requirements, ensuring alignment with learning needs and regulatory standards.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of LMS features and compliance training best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize training assignments and system configurations effectively.

You're the right fit if:

You have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience LMS administration/support (TEDS, Cornerstone and/or Lumen preferred), within a highly regulated environment (FDA/ ISO 13485 Medical Device preferred).

You’re experienced with IT Service Management (ITSM), workflow automation and proficient in Excel, KPI reporting, and data analysis.

You are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in problem-solving/troubleshooting LMS or training-related challenges.

You’re an effective communicator, with the ability to interact confidently with learners, managers, and stakeholders.

You have experience with Document Control and QMS Databases (ARIS/Windchill)- Preferred

You have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details:

The pay range for this position in Reedsville, PA is $63,000 to $100,000. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville, PA. This role may require travel up to 10% #LI-PH1.

This requisition is expected to stay active for 45 days but may close earlier if a successful candidate is selected or business necessity dictates.
