Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an LMS Administrator to oversee the administration, optimization, and support of our trade sales Learning Management System. You will work with Learning & Development and IT to ensure effective delivery, content quality, and compliance across the organization.

You’ll manage user accounts, learning journeys, and analytics while supporting virtual training and webinars to enable continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience administering or supporting an LMS.
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning standards.
  • Experience supporting reporting, learning paths, and virtual learning tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the LMS, including configuration, updates, and optimization.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and provide learner and administrator support.
  • Upload, organize, maintain, and quality-check learning content and journeys.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for escalated support.
  • Build and maintain learning paths, curricula, certifications, and onboarding programs.
  • Generate and analyze LMS reports to support compliance, training effectiveness, and insights.
  • Support virtual training, webinars, and L&D processes for smooth delivery.

Your Role at Delta Faucet:

The LMS Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration, optimization, and support of DFCs trade sales Learning Management System (LMS). This role manages day-to-day system operations, supports learning content and journeys, provides user and technical support, and partners closely with Learning & Development (L&D) and IT teams to ensure effective learning delivery and system alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration, updates, and system optimization.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and provide learner and administrator support.
