Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional for the Branchville Correctional Facility in Indiana. Join our team to provide critical mental health services and case management in a correctional environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree in a related field, possess an active Indiana license, and demonstrate experience in mental health care. We offer a competitive salary range of $56,500 - $72,000 along with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active mental health professional license in Indiana (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, LMFT).
• Minimum of two years’ experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting.
• Consult with a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care.
• Conduct intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning.
