Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join the Indiana Women's Prison in Indianapolis. You will provide mental health case management, intake assessments, crisis intervention, and therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master's degree and active Indiana licensure (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, LMFT), TB and CPR certifications, and at least two years of direct care experience. Shift is days, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Active Indiana mental health license (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, LMFT).
• TB documentation and CPR certification required.
• Minimum of two years' direct care experience preferred.
• Background check and security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health case management in a correctional setting.
• Conduct intake assessments and crisis intervention.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy.
