Job summary

Centurion seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional to join Indiana Women's Prison in Indianapolis, IN. The role provides case management and psychotherapy within a correctional setting, including intake, assessments, crisis intervention and treatment planning.

Active Indiana licensure (LMHC/LMHC-A/LCSW/LSW/LMFT) is required, with at least two years of direct care experience preferred. Background checks and security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Indiana license (LMHC, LMHC-A, LCSW, LSW, LMFT) required.
• Minimum two years’ direct care with individuals with mental illness preferred.
• Must pass background check and obtain agency security clearance when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake assessments and ongoing mental health evaluations.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans for patients.
• Offer individual and group therapy to inmates and monitor progress.
