Job summary

Brave Health is seeking licensed therapists to deliver outpatient telehealth therapy from a remote setting. The team supports a diverse patient population and emphasizes accessible, compassionate care.

Clinicians will work Mon-Fri with flexible shift options, and there is a strong focus on HIPAA compliance and patient privacy. We value bilingual candidates (Spanish) and offer an attractive compensation package including potential bonuses totaling up to $100k for top earners, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active licensure to practice as a mental health therapist.
• Ability to provide outpatient telehealth services.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!

• ~ W2, Full-time
• ~$total earning opportunity with bonuses totaling $100k annual for top earners.
• ~ Monday - Friday schedule; Shift options include 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT

• ~ We not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespan

• At this time, we are unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
