CHE Behavioral Health Services in New York is seeking Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our clinician-led, APA-approved behavioral health team serving adults and geriatric residents. This role offers a Mon–Fri schedule from 7 AM to 7 PM, with compensation of $80,000–$100,000 per year and options for fee-for-service or salaried arrangements.

There are no nights, weekends, or on-call, a stable caseload, and opportunities to work close to home at partnered facilities, with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active LMFT license required; associate or limited licenses not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule and referrals.
• Conduct brief therapy sessions with residents.
• Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nurses and providers to discuss care needs.
• Document sessions and notes for compliance and billing.
