Job summary

Thriveworks in Westminster, CO seeks provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing independent licensure as LMFT Candidates. You will deliver evidence-based counseling to clients, both via telehealth and in-office sessions, while building a full caseload and meeting weekly availability.

Hybrid work model (50% in-office, 50% remote) after probation, with credentialing support, training, and a 90-day caseload goal. Competitive benefits and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (LMFTA or MFTC).
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Colorado.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office during probationary period and then hybrid (50% in-office, 50% remote).
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Experience in counseling settings addressing depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Available for at least 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.

Thriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Colorado Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate in Westminster, CO to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Approved by the board as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (LMFTA or MFTC)
• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Colorado
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office location.
• Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).
• A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Compensation Up to $75,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
