Job summary

Thriveworks in Westminster, CO is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver a mix of telehealth and in-office sessions. Clinicians must hold a Colorado license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist) and be available for 15 sessions with 20 hours weekly.

You will work with diverse clients, including couples and children, and help them achieve measurable progress using modern telehealth and EHR tools.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Westminster, CO.

About the Role

• Licensed and living in Colorado — LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $57,000.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
