Strong background in NLP, deep learning, and machine learning, with a proven track record in fine-tuning LLMs for complex language tasks

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Experience leading decision-making through idea sharing and consensus-building

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed computing environments
Research, design, and implement pioneering NLP algorithms with a focus on fine-tuning LLMs, including BERT, GPT, and their variants
Develop custom fine-tuning strategies and techniques to optimize performance on specific language tasks and domains
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned LLM solutions into products and services
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and AI technologies, particularly in fine-tuning methodologies

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed remotely, and the salary range will be $140,000/yr to $145,000/yr and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
