Job summary

Prolific is seeking AI & Machine Learning Engineers to join its Expert Network and help train and evaluate next-generation LLMs with deep technical expertise. Successful candidates will complete a brief test and, if invited, begin as paid experts contributing to model training and evaluation with flexible hours and remote work.

You'll work on cutting-edge frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and RLHF/RAG workflows, earning competitive pay for one-hour tasks and shorter assignments while advancing AI

Qualifications

• Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in production.
• BS/MS/PhD in CS, AI, robotics or related field with ML focus.
• Deep learning mastery: transformers, CNNs, RNNs.
• Hands-on with prompts, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
• Ability to audit model logic and data contamination.
• Strong attention to detecting hallucinations and biased outputs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM architecture logic for technical accuracy.
• Audit code and notebooks for efficiency and correctness.
• Refine RLHF frameworks with high-quality human feedback.
• Analyze model reasoning in chain-of-thought prompts.
• Benchmark model outputs using technical taxonomies.
