Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a versatile engineer to build and extend an agent harness for conversational and autonomous creative workflows. Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or user-facing apps with real users.
• Familiar with agent harness concepts: tool use, memory management, multi-step planning, or sub-agent orchestration.
• Strong data modeling and schema design for real product use cases.
• AI-assisted coding practices using Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Product sense for trustworthy, delightful agent experiences.
• Clear communication of agent behavior and trade-offs.
• Nice to have: reusable Agent Skills or structured agent workflows.
• Nice to have: MCP servers or CLI tooling for agents.
• Nice to have: agent orchestration frameworks or LLM evaluation/observability tooling.
• Nice to have: image/video generation model experience
• Nice to have: startup or 0-to-1 experience

Responsibilities

• Build and extend the agent harness for conversational and autonomous creative workflows.
• Build and maintain MCP servers and CLI-based agent tooling.
• Author reusable Agent Skills and structured workflows for complex creative tasks.
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks and observability.
• Ship production frontend experiences using React/Next.js.
• Make trade-offs between speed, correctness, and scalability.
• Partner with product, design, and GTM to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Track the agent ecosystem and integrate relevant technologies.
• Work closely with founders, the agent team, and design.
