Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a versatile engineer to build and extend an agent harness for conversational and autonomous creative workflows. You will develop MCP servers and CLI tooling, author reusable Agent Skills, and contribute to evaluation and observability while delivering frontend experiences with React/Next.js.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or user-facing apps with real users.
• Familiar with agent harness concepts: tool use, memory management, multi-step planning, or sub-agent orchestration.
• Strong data modeling and schema design for real product use cases.
• AI-assisted coding practices using Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Product sense for trustworthy, delightful agent experiences.
• Clear communication of agent behavior and trade-offs.
• Nice to have: reusable Agent Skills or structured agent workflows.
• Nice to have: MCP servers or CLI tooling for agents.
• Nice to have: agent orchestration frameworks or LLM evaluation/observability tooling.
• Nice to have: image/video generation model experience
• Nice to have: startup or 0-to-1 experience
