Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced FDE/Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable integrations that connect AI agents and LLM platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external services. You will work across platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, delivering reliable AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in API development, microservices, and system integration.
• Experience with MCP server development and MCP-based service integrations.
• Working knowledge of LLM ecosystems, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate solutions across leading LLM platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, etc.).
• Develop and maintain MCP servers, tools, and connectors to enable seamless AI-agent interactions.
• Integrate enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external services with AI solutions.
• Build secure, scalable, and reusable integration patterns for agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI-enabled solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges and optimize performance, reliability, and security.
