This role focuses on improving drafting and retrieval solutions through advanced search, embeddings, reranking, and production-grade ML components.

You’ll mentor LLM-focused Data Scientists and ML Engineers, collaborate across Legal SMEs, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Design, and establish best practices for evaluation,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management overseeing teams building LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on delivery of systems using LangChain, LLM agent frameworks, vector databases, and prompt orchestration pipelines.
• Strong experience with RAG, grounded/auditable responses, and taking productions from prototype to scale.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap for applying LLMs and agentic AI to legal drafting.
• Architect systems combining foundation models with RAG for drafting contracts and memos.
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary Data Science and ML team.
• Collaborate with Legal SMEs, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Design to drive product value.
