Job summary

LexisNexis Data Sciences, part of LexisNexis and RELX, is seeking a Manager of Data Science to lead a high-impact team building LLM-powered legal assistants and RAG-driven solutions. You will steer architecture, evaluation, and production-grade ML components across enterprise data sources.

You will mentor data scientists and ML engineers, collaborate with Legal SMEs and cross-functional partners, and drive responsible AI practices in complex legal use cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management in LLM-based projects.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LLM agents, and vector databases.
• Experience delivering LLM-powered applications to production.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for applying LLMs and agentic AI to real-world legal drafting.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
• Collaborate with Legal SMEs, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Design.
